Edward Solares is a Regional Vice President and Senior Mortgage Broker at Apex Home Mortgage and has worked in the mortgage financing and real estate industries since 1996. With experience as a mortgage broker, mortgage banker, real estate investor, and escrow officer, Edward possesses a unique understanding of the home purchase and refinance process. Because of his extensive background, his strength lies in providing communication and clarity throughout the loan process for both his clients and his Realtor partners.
Edward is particularly excited about his current position as a mortgage broker. Because he works with over 30 wholesale lenders, he is able to provide his clients with his multitude of loan products to fit their unique financial situations. Whether you’re refinancing, purchasing your first home, acquiring an investment property, or anything in between, Edward has access to the perfect loan program for you. Because of his position as a wholesale broker, Edward is passionate about working with his Realtor partners to find their clients any loan product they’ll need.
When Edward is not working on making his clients’ homeownership dream come true, he is most likely spending time with his wife and son. The family enjoys traveling to both new and familiar destinations to explore or to visit family. In addition to travel, Edward has a passion for Arizona professional and collegiate sports teams, as well as the national car racing events that take place in the state.
